摘  要:通过在873 K焙烧Sr(NO3)2/孔形羟基磷灰石,成功地制备了一种新型的固体碱催化剂,并对其进行TG-DTA、XRD、IR、SEM、BET和碱强度表征。结果表明,在873 K,发生固相离子交换反应——Ca5[PO4]3-y(CO3.OH)y](OH)+SrO Ca5-xSrx[PO4]3-y(CO3.OH)y](OH)+CaxSr1-xO,孔形羟基磷灰石表面上的新相CaxSr1-xO能抑制羟基磷灰石的分解,并能阻止羟基磷灰石的重结晶,使羟基磷灰石在高温下保持孔形结构。用此固体碱催化剂催化大豆油与甲醇的酯交换反应,可使豆油的转化率达到85%。A novel solid base catalyst was prepared by calcining Sr( NO3 )2/porous hydroxyapatite at 873 K and characterized by TG, DTA, XRD, IR, SEM, BET and Hammett indicators. The results showed that solid phase ion-exchange reaction, -Ca5[PO4]3-y(CO3·OH)y](OH)4-SrO→Ca5-ISrx[PO4]3-y(CO3·OH)y](OH)+CaxSr1-xO,, occurred at 873 K, and resulted in formation of Ca,SrI _,O phase on the surface of porous hydroxyapatite, which inhibited decomposition and reerystaUi- zation of porous hydroxyapatite and helped to maintain its porous framework at higher temperature. Soybean oil conversion of 85% was obtained for transesterifieation of soybean oil with methanol catalyzed by the solid base catalyst.
