摘　　要：厄贝沙坦是一种新型的选择性血管紧张肽Ⅱ受体1拮抗药。通过抑制血管紧张肽Ⅱ与其受体1的结合,厄贝沙坦可对心血管系统发挥多种保护作用。厄贝沙坦具有明确的降压作用,并有抑制左室肥厚的作用。厄贝沙坦另有重要的肾脏保护作用,可延迟糖尿病肾病的发生。Irbesartan is a new selective angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor antagonist. Through blocking the combination of angiotensin Ⅱ and its type 1 receptor, irbesartan displayed the protective effects on cardiovascular system. Irbesartan was found to be effective in lowering blood pressure and inhibiting left ventricular hypertrophy. It was also demonstrated that irbesartan had the renal protective effects and could reduce the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
