四溴苯酐酸值及游离溴含量和铁含量的测定

摘　　要：介绍了化学法测定四溴苯酐酸值、游离溴含量和铁含量的原理、所用仪器和试剂、试验过程与步骤、试验结果与计算方法,并对结果进行了讨论。其酸值(KOH)X1按式X1=(V0-V)c×56.11/m计算;游离溴含量X2(μg/g)按式X2=(V0-V)c×79.9×1000/m计算;样品中的铁含量X3采用标准曲线上查出的所测试液的铁含量(m1),按式X3=m1/m计算。该试验方法简单易行,重复性较好。检测结果与其对应的指标基本相符。The determination principle, instrument and agent, test process and sequence, the result and calculate method of acid value, free bromine and iron content in tetra - bromophthalic anhydride （TBPA） sample import and in China were introduced and the results were discussed. The acid value, X1 （KOH）in TBPA was calculated with X1 = （ V0- V）c × 56. 11/m; the free bromine content X2 in TBPA was calculated with X2 = （ V0 - V）c× 79.9 × 1 000/m; and the iron content X3 was calculated with X3 = m1/m in which m1 was from the standard cure. Test was carried using chemical methods which was simple and easily and its repeatability was better. The determination value of correlation factor in TBPA sample import and in China was consistent with index abroad.
