摘  要:采用正交设计,获得了化学共沉淀法制备β-磷酸三钙的最佳工艺条件。将产物分子中钙磷原子的摩尔比,即n(Ca)/n(P)作为控制指标,对影响该指标的四个要素(反应物钙磷源配比、pH值、反应温度、反应时间)在四个水平上进行考察,并对实验结果进行了直观分析。结果表明,化学共沉淀法制备β-磷酸三钙的最佳工艺条件为:反应物钙磷源配比为1.50、pH值为11、反应温度为25℃、反应时间为3h。其中反应物钙磷源配比、pH值是影响产物n(Ca)/n(P)的显著因子。在最佳工艺条件下制得了高纯度的β-磷酸三钙,并经化学分析及XRD测定进行了确证。By way of orthogonal design, the optimal synthetic conditions of β-tricalcium phosphate by co precipita tion method were obtained. The molar ratio of calcium and phosphorus in the products was designed as controlled index. The molar ratio of reactants, pH, reaction temperature and reaction time had been optimized according to the orthogonal table, and the direct analysis of the results were also carried out. It was shown that the molar ratio of reactant of 1.50, pH of 11, reaction temperature of 25℃ and reaction time of 3h were the best synthetic conditions. The molar ratio of reactant and pH remarkably affected the n (Ca)/n (P). Under the optimal conditions, the tricalcium phosphate with high purity was prepared and verified by chemical analysis and XRD method.
