《针灸大成》调神穴位规律探析

摘　　要：探讨《针灸大成》中有关调神穴位的规律。对《针灸大成》中记载治疗心烦易怒、恍惚健忘、悲愁不乐的穴位进行全面总结,统计常用穴位及经络,分析其中规律。用于治疗心烦易怒的穴位中神门穴出现的频率最高,以足少阴肾经的穴位数占比例最高;治疗恍惚健忘的穴位有16个,大多分布于手少阴心经及足太阳膀胱经;治疗悲愁不乐的穴位有29个,以手少朗心经及手太阳小肠经的经穴运用最多。《针灸大成》中记载调神首选神门穴治疗,手少阴心经为首选经络;其选穴规律为首选原穴、络穴,其次井穴。Objective:To study and analyze the regularity of mind- regulating in“Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion”. Methods:Generally summarize the acupoints recorded in“Great Com- pendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion”,which is for upset and iras- cibility,forgettery and sadness,and gather statistics of the acupoints and meridians in common use,and than analyze the regularity from them.Results:For curing upset and irascible,the acupoint Shenmen emerges in highest frequency,and the acupoints on the kidney meridian of foot shaoyin is in the highest rate.For curing obliviousness,16 acu- points were found,and most of them lie in the heart meridian of hand shaoyin and the bladder meridian of foot taiyang.And for curing sad- ness,29 acupoints were found,and most of them lie in the heart merid- ian of hand shaoyin and the small intestines meridian of hand taiyang. Conclusion:Among what recorded in“Great Compendium of Acupunc- ture and Moxibustion”for mind-regulating,the acupoint Shenmen and the heart meridian d hand shaoyin is preferred.The regularity for mind -regulatng is to chose Yuan-acupoints and Luo-acupoints at first, and Jing-acupoints is the next.
