摘　　要：没有资源禀赋优势的浙江嘉善木材产业形成了经济学界所谓的“零资源”现象。从产业资源、产业布局和产业组织三个方面总结与分析了嘉善木材产业的发展沿革；通过归纳其发展经验，得出了对其它区域木材产业发展的启示。Jiashan′timber industry creates special economic phenomena of “zero resource”.This paper summa-rizes and analyzes historieal development of Jiashan′timber industry from aspects of industrial resource,industrial layout and industrial organization.Through analysis of development experience,this paper concludes some hints for other regional timber industry.
