摘 要:将传统的机械起泡工艺与水基凝胶注模成型工艺相结合,制备出了不同孔径、孔隙率高达62.8%的多孔陶瓷。研究了有机单体、引发剂和催化剂及交联剂等对胶凝时间的影响,并得到了其最佳加入量,以得到合适的胶凝速率,使气泡在破裂之前因有机单体的胶凝而固定在坯体内。气泡是在陶瓷浆料内加入表面活性剂后,通过机械搅拌产生的,其大小和形状用扫描电镜照片进行了表征。Porous ceramic with different pore sizes and porosity up to 62.8% were prepared by conventional mechanical foaming method combined with gelcasting using water-soluble polymers. The influence of monomer, initiator, catalyst and cross-linker on the gel casting time was investigated, and the optimal amount of additives was acquired to make sure gel casting fast enough to avoid foam collapse. Foams were produced by mechanical stirring after adding surfactant into the ceramic slurry, and pore size and shape were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) images.
