摘  要:概述了冷却液对锯片切割性能的影响。试验在干切和湿切两种工作条件下采用Φ105mm的小尺寸金刚石锯片,进行薄瓷砖的锯切,结果表明,对于小尺寸锯片,加水切割其效率高于不加水切割,而寿命较不加水锯切时低。从理论上分析产生这种差异的原因,进而提出,小尺寸锯片切割薄材料时,冷却液不能够同时提高锯片的使用寿命和效率的观点。The influence of the coolant on cutting performance of saw blade are outlined . Small diameter saw blades of Φ105 are used to cut thin ceramic tile in the test under dry and wet cutting conditions. The results show that wet cutting is more efficient than dry cutting for small diameter saw blades, but its life is shorter than that of dry cutting. The reasons of these differences are analyzed in this paper, and it is proposed that coolant can not improve the life and efficiency simultaneously while cutting thin materials with small size saw blades.
