摘　　要：本文从数字图书馆信息服务体系出发,探讨了数字图书馆信息服务质量评价的方法和指标体系。应以用户为中心,采用LibQUAL+TM模式作为信息服务质量评价方法,评价指标体系包括:数字资源、信息的易用性、数字化服务。On the basis of information service of digital libraries, valuation method and criteria of digital libraries information service quality are discussed in this paper. The valuation method is based on LibQUAL ＋ , and a new valuation system is developed, which includes digital resources, accesses of information, and digitalized service.
