摘　　要：讨论了高校院系级资料员综合评价的必要性及评价指标,提出了一种将灰色聚类方法应用于高校院系资料员综合评价的方法。结合实例说明了灰色聚类分析的一般方法,以及综合评价的步骤。The aim of this paper is to discuss the necessity and criteria index of the comprehensive assessment on the librarians of colleges and departments in universities. A new comprehensive assessment method is applied to assess the librarians. The procedures for comprehensive assessment are given aeeotdering to the example.
