摘　　要：科技中介服务是推动科技与经济结合的桥梁与纽带,是区域科技创新体系的重要组成部分。本文通过对江苏科技中介服务业发展的探析,提出了完善管理机制和加强自身建设等促进科技中介机构发展的策略。As the bridge and link between the technology and the e^orn^e development, the technology agents are important components of the regional technology innovating system. This paper gives a detailed description of the development status of technology agents in Jiangsu, in order to improve the development of the technology agents, the authors suggest that the technology agents must perfect the administrative mechanism and strengthen the self- building.
