摘　　要：阐述了输油管道系统的平衡与控制理论。从管道系统平衡、管道系统的运行控制和管道平衡与控制方法的应用三个方面,研究与分析了输油管道系统平衡与控制的必要性,认为调控管道必须从管道系统整体出发,以保证管道的安全运行为出发点。The operating equilibrium and controlling methodology of oil pipeline is described.In this paper,the authors study and analyze the necessity of operating equilibrium and controlling for the oil pipeline system from the equilibrium of pipeline system,operating controlling and application of equilibrium and controlling methodology.The viewpoint of the paper is that operating regulation and controlling of oil pipeline should start from the integral pipeline system and take the safe operation of oil pipeline as a base.
