摘  要:目的观察关节镜下等离子手术系统治疗老年性膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机分组对照,对600例老年性膝骨性关节炎的患者进行临床观察。治疗组300例,关节镜下手术采用美国杰西等离子关节镜手术系统治疗;对照组300例,关节镜下手术采用常规手术器械及电动刨削器治疗。观察两组术后关节积液、下床活动、疼痛缓解及出院时间。随访时间1~4年。按膝关节功能评定标准评定疗效。结果关节镜下等离子手术系统治疗老年性膝骨性关节炎,手术时间短,损伤小,出血少,术后疼痛轻,积液少,下床早,关节功能恢复快。结论关节镜下等离子手术系统治疗老年性骨性关节炎切实可行,疗效可靠。但对关节间隙严重狭窄、关节畸形者应慎重。[Objective] To explore the clinical effects that treated the old knee osteoarthritis with radiofrequency coblation technology under arthroscopy. [Methods] To observe the results that treated the 600 cases of the old knee osteoarthritis, 300 treatment examples: to treat with radiofrequency coblation technology under arthroscopy. The other 300 control examples: to treat with normal regulations surgical operation apparatus under arthroscopy. Compared with the liquid of joint, the movement of leaving sickbed, the ached degree of induce, and the time of leaving hospitai et al. All the patients were followed up from one to four years. To evaluate the effect according to the functional score standard. [Result] To treat the old knee osteoarthritis with the radiofrequency coblation technology under the arthroscopy: the time of surgical operation was shortened; the harm was reduced; the bleeding was less; the joint ache was lighter, the joint's liquid was reduced; the action was early; the recruit was equickly. [Conclusions] It is the best methods to treat the old knee osteoarthritis with the radiofreequency eoblation technology under the arthroscopy. The skill was dependable; the result was satisfied. But those was used discretely as the serious narrow gap of joint and the malformation of joint.
