摘　　要：目的探讨经纤维支气管镜(简称纤支镜)射频治疗气道疾病的疗效。方法20例气道疾病患者,其中恶性肿瘤12例,支气管肉芽肿4例,良性肿瘤4例,给予经纤支镜射频治疗。结果恶性肿瘤中10例经2、3次治疗,基本将腔内肿瘤切除干净,另2例经4次治疗,管腔明显扩大,气促缓解;4例支气管肉芽肿均经1次治疗将肉芽切除;4例气道良性肿瘤经2～4次射频治疗肿瘤完全切除。结论经纤支镜射频治疗气道内疾病有良好的效果,副反应小。[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of radio-frequency in treating airway diseases via fibrobronchoscope. [Method] 20 cases with airway diseases were treated by radio-frequency through fibrobronchoscope, among these patients, 12 cases were malignant tumors, 4 cases bronchia granulomas, and 4 cases were benign tumors. [Results] After 2 to 3 times treatment of radio-frequency, the tumor in the air way of 10 patients of malignant tumor were resected completely, and after 4 times, the air tube sizes of another 2 cases were enlarged, and the symptom of panting were alleviated; the bronchia granulomas were resected by radio-frequency after 1 time treating; and the 4 cases of benign tumors were resected completely by 2 to 4 times treatment. During the treating time chest pain were complained in 4 cases, local buming sensation in 4 cases, local bleeding in 4 patients, and hemoptysis in another 2 patients on the next day or 3 days after being treated. [Conclusion] The treatments of airway diseases by radio-frequency via fibrobronchoscope were effective and safe.
