输尿管镜钬激光治疗不同部位输尿管结石的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨泌尿系不同部位输尿管结石腔内钬激光治疗的效果及安全性。方法总结钬激光结合腔内泌尿外科技术治疗96例输尿管结石的临床资料。结果32例输尿管上段结石,单次碎石率为90.6%(29/32),平均结石排净时间3.5周,平均术后住院2d。64例输尿管中下段结石,单次碎石成功率96.9%(62/64),无其他并发症。结论钬激光结合腔内泌尿外科技术治疗输尿管结石,是一种安全、有效的方法。输尿管上段单纯碎石与输尿管下端碎石后取石有相近的临床效果。[Objective] To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of Ho： YAG laser in the endourological treatment of ureter calculi. [Methods] The clinical date of 96 cases of ureter calculi treated by endourological Ho： YAG laser lithotripsy were reviewed. [Results] After a single lithotripsy. The overall successful stone fragmentation rate in 32 cases of upper uretera calculi was 90.6% （29/32）, The mean stone-free elimination time was 2.5 weeks. ＇The mean post operation hospital stay was 2 days. 64 cases of middle or lower levels uretera calculi was 96.9% （62/ 64）. No complications was observed. [Conclusions] Ho： YAG laser lithotripsy is a new, safe and efficient method for the treatment of urolithiasis. The therapeutic effect and safety are proximate in cases of upper and lower levels uretera calculi.
