食管静脉曲张套扎治疗与套扎加硬化联合治疗疗效比较

摘　　要：目的评价单一套扎治疗术和套扎加硬化治疗术治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析106例食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者的临床资料。结果单一套扎组食管静脉曲张消失或明显减轻56.5%,随访1年再出血率23.9%。硬化加套扎组食管静脉曲张消失或减轻达98.3%,随访1年再出血率1.7%。结论食管静脉曲张套扎加硬化与单一套扎治疗比较疗效高且安全。[Object] To evaluate the curative effect of esophageal varicese ligativh （EVL） alone and EVL combined with sclerosant therapy in varicose vein bleeding. [Methods] Retrospectively analysed data of 106 cases of the varicose vein bleeding. [Results] The percent of varicose vein disappearance or obviously milder which is 56.5% by EVL alone, in the following year. The re-bleeding per is 23.9%, and which is 98.3% by EVL combined with sclerosant therapy, the re-bleeding per is 1.7% in the follow a year. [Conclusions] EVL combined with sclerosant therapy is more effective and reliable than the EVL alone.
