摘　　要：构建反腐败警示训诫防线是对腐败预防制度、实践创新的有益探索。构建警示训诫防线创新了党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的内容、途径和方式方法,落实了注重预防的反腐败战略方针,丰富了加强党的先进性建设和执政能力建设的实践。警示训诫防线在战略需求满足、工作目标定位、价值取向确定、主体作用发挥、制度机制设计、实践措施选择、水平能力提升等方面落实了预防腐败的要求,创造和积累的经验对提高预防腐败的能力和水平具有重要的方法论启迪。It is helpful to found anti-rotten prevention warning defense line to practice innovation. Founding warning defense line has created the anti-rotten working content, channel and ways and construction of a clean and honest administration of Party conduct, has implemented anti-rotten strategic principle , enriches the practice of Party construction and strengthens official power. Warning defense line has carried out prevention corruption requirements; strategic demand satisfaction, working goal location and value orientation definite, main role plays , system mechanism design, practice measure option and horizontal ability promotion etc. The experience of creation and accumulation has important methodology enlightenment for raising preventing corruption level.
