摘　　要：经济全球化新趋势下利用FDI发生了新变化,使得我国国内经济建设和引资环境面临新的挑战。尽管吸引外商投资及其技术转让,是我国现阶段各级政府都争相采取的对策,但利用FDI在带来诸多好处的同时,也附带了高风险,甚至会形成经济全球化的“陷阱”,损害我国的经济利益,进而危及民族产业安全。这就要求我国采取新的引资对策和维护民族产业安全的新举措。The new variety of the FDI has taken place in the economic globalization trend. It has made the domestic economy construction and the environment of the capital investing face the new challenge in our country. Facing the new variety, it requests that our country adopt the new way to absorb the FDI, and support the industrial safety of our country. Furthermore, all levels governments take some measures, benefit from the FDI and its techniques. However, it will bring many disadvantages; even it will become＂ trap＂ of the economic globalization, injure the economic benefits of our country, then endanger the industrial safety of the nation. So the new solution to absorb the FDI and the new way to support the national industrial safety of our country must be adopted immediately.
