摘 要:目的建立琥乙红霉素片快速、专属的鉴别方法。方法采用红外分光光度法,以无水乙醇为溶剂进行重结晶,并以高纯度溴化钾压片测定红外吸收光谱。结果琥乙红霉素片与琥乙红霉素对照品的红外吸收光谱完全一致,并与国家药典委员会颁布的《药品红外光谱集》中的琥乙红霉素标准光谱一致。结论本方法专属性好,可快速、准确的鉴别本品。OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid and exclusive method for the identification of erythromycin ethylsuccinate tablets. METHODS The infrared spectrophotometry was adopted, in which the recrystaUization was carfled out with the dehydrated alcohol as the solvent and with the highly pure potassium bromide tabletting as the infrared absorption spectrum. RESULTS The infrared absorption spectrum of the erythromycin ethylsuccinate tablets was completely in conformity with that of the control substance and the standard spectrum of erythromycin ethylsuccinate issued in Infrared Spectrum Album of Drugs by State Pharmacopoeia Committee. CONCLUSION This method is specific, fast and accurate,which can be used for the identification of metronidazole preparations.
