摘　　要：目的建立甘霖洗剂中甘草酸单铵盐含量的测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法测定甘草酸单铵盐的含量。流动相为甲醇-水-36%乙酸(65:28:7),固定相为Shim-pack ODS_(18)(5μm,4．6mm×150mm),检测波长为252nm。结果甘草酸单铵盐在100μg·mL^1～800μg·mL^1范围线性相关良好(r=0．9999),回归方程为Y=4120832X-17988,平均回收率为95．8%(RSD=1．3%)。结论RP-HPLC法测定甘霖洗剂中甘草酸单铵盐简便、准确、重现性好,可作为该制剂质量检验的定量方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of the content ammonium glycyrrhizinate in Ganlin lotion. METHODS Determination of the content ammonium glycyrrhizinate in Ganlin lotion by RP-HPLC. The mobile phase was CH3OH -H2O -36% CH3COOH （65： 28： 7）, the stationary phase was Shim-pack ODS18 （5μm,4.6mm × 150mm） ,The detection wavelength was at 252nm. RESULTS The calibration curve of Ammonium glycyrrhizinate was linear in the range of 100μg · mL^-1 - 800μg · mL^-1 （ r = 0. 9999 ）, and the average recovery was95.8% （ RSD = 1.3% ）, CONCLUSION The method is simple and dccurate, and can he using for the quality control of Ganlin Lotion.
