分离胶原始管冻存血清用于酶联免疫吸附试验的可行性探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨用含分离胶的原始样本管冻存血清作为酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）的标本的可行性。方法采用ELISA法对分离胶管采集的61例血清样本测定乙肝两对半、丙肝抗体、梅毒抗体、艾滋病抗体等指标,检测完后分别用样本原始管冻存血清及用聚苯烯管分离血清冻存,两者冻存6个月后,再检测上述指标,比较两者的结果。结果用分离胶原始管冻存血清与用聚苯烯管分离血清冻存的定性结果及S/CO值比较差异均无统计学意义。结论用离心后的分离胶原始样本管冻存血清进行ELISA检测是可行的。Objective To study the suitability of frozen serum stored in gel separator primary sample tubes for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Methods The HBsAg, anti-HBs, HBeAg, anti-HBe, anti-HBc, anti-TP, anti-HCV and anti-HIV were tested with ELISA in 61 serum samples collected in gel-separator tubes. The serum samples were frozen storaged in gel separator primary sample tubes and in polypropylene tubes at - 20℃. After 6 months, the same samples were tested. The qualitative and quantitative results were compared between the two storage ways. Results There was no significant differeces in qualitative and quantitative results between the two storage ways. Conclusion Frozen stored centrifuged serum in gel separator primary sample tubes is available to ELISA testing.
