含喹唑啉酮的4-(4-氟苯基)哌嗪二硫代甲酸酯与牛血清白蛋白相互作用的荧光光谱研究

摘　　要：用荧光光谱法研究了具有抑制人肿瘤细胞活性的含喹唑啉酮的4-(4-氟苯基)哌嗪二硫代甲酸酯与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用。结果表明:在生理条件下,它对牛血清白蛋白的荧光有较强的猝灭作用。根据猝灭结果,求得了不同温度下反应的结合位点数、结合常数及反应热力学参数,并据此确定了它们相互作用的主要形式。The interaction between the 4 （3H）-quinazolinone derivative and bovine serum albumin （BSA） at the physiological pH was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that 4 （3H）-quinazolinone derivative strongly quenched the fluorescence of bovine serum albumin. The average number of binding sites（n） and the binding constant（K） for binding the derivative to BSA at different temperatures were determined. The thermodynamic parameters, enthalpy, entropy, and free energy change were also calculated. According to the thermodynamic and analytical results, the binding pattern is considered to be mainly the reflection of hydrophobic interaction.
