摘　　要：通过分析连铸作业中漏钢事故的产生原因，本公司炼钢部开发研制了以导板装置取代结晶器足辊装置的无足辊结晶器，从而提高了连铸开浇成功率。A non-foot roller mold has been developed by the steelmaking department of the above company,which replaces the foot roller with a guide plate. And this is the result of analyzing the resens of molten steel leakage troubles met during continuous casting operations. The non-foot roller mold can increase the success rate of the initiation of casting and ensure the continuous casting to be operated smoothly.
