摘  要:在分析双折射滤光片选频原理的基础上,设计了一种新型双频绿光激光器并验证了其可行性。在LD泵浦Nd:YAG绿光激光器的驻波腔中插入一块偏振分光棱镜(PBS),使其与倍频晶体KTP共同构成双折射滤光器以实现单纵模运转;同时使P分量和s分量的1064nm基频光分别在直线腔和直角腔中以单纵模振荡,经KTP倍频后输出两路正交偏振的532nm绿光,再由另一块PBS合光即可实现双频绿光输出,其频差范围约为0~180GHz。Based on the analysis of frequency-selection principle of birefringment laser segment, a novel type of dual-frequency green laser is designed with its feasability tested. In LD-pumped Nd, a piece of PBS inserted into the standing-wave cavity of YAG green laser, together with frequen- cy-doubling crystal KTP constitutes the birefringment filter so as to achieve single longitudinal mode operation. And at the same time, p and s components of 1 064 nm fundamental radiation can be made simultaneously to oscillate in linear cavity and perpendicular cavity respectively to obtain single longitudinal mode output. The biorthogonal polarization modes of 532 nm green laser can be obtained via KTP frequency-doubling crystals, and then, another piece of PBS can be used to output the dual-frequency green laser, whose frequency-difference range is approximately 0~180 GHz.
