高等学校提高教职工党组织生活质量的思考

摘　　要：高等学校教职工党组织生活存在许多问题,有党组织生活缺乏精心设计、缺乏计划性等。为此,提高高等学校教职工党组织生活质量,应健全组织机构,围绕党的要求和中心工作,设计组织生活,把党员的学习贯穿组织生活的始终,加强党组织生活的管理。There are some problems in party organization life, just as lacking careful design and plan, having no new ideas and no more forms. To improve the quality of party organization life among the faculty in university, we should build up organizations, choose the party branch secretary, design the organization life circling round the main question. We also study through the organizational life, enrich the form and content, and strengthen the management of organization life.
