中草药复方治疗仔猪黄痢研究初报  

Preliminary Study on Treatment of Chinese Herbal Medicine on Yellow Scour of Newborn Piglets

摘　　要：用自拟中草药复方对仔猪黄痢进行了病原菌体外药物敏感试验、人工致病治疗试验、临床治疗试验及安全性试验等,探索中草药对仔猪黄痢病原体的抑菌效果及临床治疗效果。结果表明:自拟中草药复方的体外抑菌能力属中度敏感;在治疗仔猪黄痢时能获得较好的疗效(人工致病治愈率83.3%,临床治愈率86.9%),与敏感的抗菌西药相当,差异不显著,与阳性对照组和黄连解毒汤组差异显著;采取中西医合并治疗效果最好(人工致病治愈率91.2%,临床治愈率93.0%),与阳性对照组、西药组和中药组均差异显著;按8倍剂量使用仍较安全,未出现生长异常、眼观和镜检病理变化。The research on the self- made compound recipe of Chinese herbal medicine against yellow scour of newborn piglets, in vitro drug sensitivity test,artificial disease treatment , clinical trials and the test of the safety of Chinese herbal medicine were carded out to explore the inhibitory effects of pathogens and clinical therapeutic effect. The restdts showed ： self- made compound herb was moderately susceptible in vitro; when it was applied to treat yellow scour of newborn piglet, the effect was quite effective（artificial disease curing rate was 83.3% and clinical curing rate was 86.9% ）. It was very sensitive, the same as western medicine. No significant difference was discovered between Chinese herbal medicine and western medicine, but there was significant difference among the Chinese herbal medicine group, the positive control group and the Huanglian jiedu decoction group. The effect of TCM and western medicine treatment was the effective（ artificial disease curing rate was 91.2% and clinical curing rate was 93.0% ）. There was obvious difference when compared with the positive control group, western medicine group and Chinese herbal medicine group. It was still safety when the dose was eight times. Growth has not been unusual. Pathological changes were not discovered by the naked eye and microscope.
