摘  要:以污水处理厂的厌氧污泥作为天然厌氧微生物来源,以蔗糖为底物,考察不同价态铁离子对厌氧发酵产氢的影响,试验结果表明:Fe2+最佳,在此基础上,考察了不同浓度Fe2+对产氢的影响。当Fe2+1000mg/L时,产氢率最大,达到364.8mL H2/g蔗糖、产氢浓度56.5%,产氢量为空白样的1.54倍。The effects of different valence of Fe on biohydrogen production by anaerobic fermentation were studied with concentrated sludge from sewage treatment plant chosen as the natural anaerobe and the sucrose as substrate. The results proved that the effect of Fe^2+ was the most significant. Then the effects of different concentrations of Fe^2+ on hydrogen production were explored. The largest capability of biohvdrogen production was 364.8 mL H2/g sucrose, the concentration of H2 was 56.5%, which was 1.54 times of the blank sample.
