异搏定局部注射治疗增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价异搏定局部注射治疗增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩的疗效与安全性。方法:76例增生性瘢痕和60例瘢痕疙瘩,随机分成治疗组和对照组,分别采用异搏定和激素局部注射,比较总有效率和副作用总发生率。结果:总有效率两组之间比较P值>0.05,差异无显著性;副作用总发生率治疗组小于对照组,两组之间比较P值<0.05,差异有显著性。结论:异搏定局部注射治疗增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩,是一种疗效较好且安全性大的方法。To evaluate the curative effect and safety of treating hypertrophic scar and keloid by local injection with isoptin. Methods ： 76 cases with hypertrophic scars and 60 cases with keloids were randomized into therapeutic group and control group by local administration with isoptin or corticosteroid respectively, and the general effective rate and the total incidence of side effects were compared between the two groups. Results ： The differences of the general effective rate between the two groups were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. The total incidence of side effects in the therapeutic group, however , was smaller than that of the control group with significant statistical difference （P〈 O. 05） Conclusion：Local injection with isoptin is a method with better curative effect and great safety to treat hypertrophic scars and keloids.
