摘 要:用中国鉴别品种、日本清泽粳型单基因系鉴别品种、国际水稻所CO39籼型近等基因系鉴别品种对105个四川稻瘟病菌株进行鉴定,结果表明:①中国鉴别品种将105个菌株划分为7群18个小种;②CO39NILs鉴别品种将105个菌株分成19个小种,鉴别作用优于中国统一的7个鉴别品种;③日本清泽单基因系鉴别品种将105个菌株被划分成103个小种,鉴别作用明显;④用CO39NILs和日本清泽单基因系混合鉴别品种进行鉴定,105个菌株被划分成104个小种,鉴别作用明显;④聚类分析表明,中国鉴别品种划分的小种致病型与其它2套鉴别品种划分的种群比较,不存在一一对应的关系。The 105 isolates collected from rice in Sichuan were studied with three sets of differentials. The Chinese race differentials, the Tsunematru mono-resistance gene lines from Japan, the CO39 near isogenic lines could differentiate 105 isolates into 7,18,19 and 103 pathogenic types respectively. While CO39NILs showed much stronger differentiating ability than the Chinese race differentials, the Tsunematru mono-resistance gene lines from Japan had a evident differentiating ability. When with mixture differentials of CO39NILs and the Tsunematru mono-resistance gene lines from Japan, 105 isolates were differentiated 104 pathogenic types. It showed that mixture differentials also had a evident differentiating ability. Cluster analysis showed that compared with Chinese race differentials, there was no distinctive correlation with pathogenic types.
