摘  要:对芦笋的启动培养、试管繁殖及其移栽技术进行了研究,建立了组培快繁技术体系。结果如下:以出土嫩茎绿色部份为外植体。MS+NAA0.1mg/L+BA0.1mg/L为启动培养基.萌芽率可达53.7%;以MS培养基附加NAA0.1mg/L+KT01mg/L+BA0.3~0.4mg/L,茎基和茎中段为材料的增殖系数分别达5.40~6.41、3.41~5.19;茎尖在1/2MS+KT0.1mg/L+1AA0.5mg/L +NAA0.1mg /L+IBA2.0mg/L生根培养24d,之后,在不加任何激素的MS培养基上培养26d,根长达4.63~5.05cm,根数10.9~12.1条。移栽时以椰糠作为基质,成活率达95.20%。The technological systems of tissue culture for Asparagus'rapid propagation was established through the study about its bud inhation and rapid propagation and transplantation . MS mediume supplemented with 0.1 mg/L NAA + 0. 1 mg/L BA was the initiative medium,with a survival rate of 53.7 % for green shoots. MS supplemented with 0.1 mg/L NAA + 0. lmg/L KT + 0.3 -0.4 mg/L BA,the multiplication coefficient being 5.40 - 6.41 and 3.41 - 5.19 for stem-base and middle stem. 1/2MS supplemented with 0.1 mg/L KT + 0.5 mg/L IAA + 0.1 mg/L NAA +2.0mg/L IBA was the rooting medium of shoot tips for 15 days,and the average root length of 4.63 -5.05 cm, root number of 10.9-12.1 after 20 days' culture with MS medium without any plant hormones. The transplantation survival rate was 95.20 % with medium of coir dust.
