摘 要:采用基因型单因素遗传设计,用23份较有代表性的茎瘤芥种质资源,研究了15个数量性状的相关遗传参数,分析和比较了各性状广义遗传力、现实遗传力和相关遗传力,并估算了各性状对瘤茎产量的相关遗传变异贡献率和间接选择相对效率;同时本文还进行了遗传相关信息与遗传相关贡献的估算以及主成份等分析。上述研究结果表明瘤茎膨大期、营养生长期、瘤茎横径、茎/叶等数量性状在产量构成及选择中都是至关重要的。Parameters for correlated inheritance of 15 quantitative characters in tumorous stem mustard were studied with 23 varieties by means of genetic design of one factor. Heritabilities in broad,practical senses of each characters and the correlated heritability between the characters were analyzed and compared. The relative efficiency of indirect selection on tumorous stem yield through other characters was also estimated. In addition, analysis for principal components and calculation for genetic correlation information (GCI)and genetic correlation contribution (GCC) were also performed, too. It is revealed that the four main quantitative characters,i, e. s developmental duration, vegetative duration, horizontal length and ratio of stem and leaf, are the most important ones in composition and for the selection of tumorous stem yield.
