摘　　要：乡镇煤矿人才缺乏制约了煤矿的安全发展和科技进步。本文以江西省为例,对乡镇煤矿专业技术人才队伍现状及乡镇煤矿专业技术人才培养模式进行研究,为职业院校加快煤炭类专业人才培养提供参考。The lack of personnel at township coal mines has hindered the development of security and progress in science and technology. In this article, taken Jiangxi Province as an example, the author discuses the status of professional and technical personnel at the township coal mines and the training mode of professional and technical personnel at township coal mines. This provides reference for speeding up the coal-like professionals training at vocational institutions.
