摘　　要：Apoptin是一种能够特异性地诱导肿瘤细胞和转化细胞凋亡的小蛋白质。简要综述了Apoptin的来源及其分子生物学特性、Apoptin诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的特点和分子机制、Apoptin在肿瘤治疗方面的研究进展,以及Apoptin作为一种抗肿瘤制剂的应用前景。Apoptin, a small protein, can specifically induce apoptosis in transformed cells or tumor cells. This review will mainly focus on the recent studies on apoptin, including the genesis, molecular biology properties, molecular mechanism and character in tumor cells by apoptin, and its utility in cancer therapy. The perspectives of apoptin as a tumorspecific killer for cancer therapy will also be discussed.
