摘　　要：离子通道是镶嵌在生物膜上的大分子蛋白质复合体,是生物体赖以生存的物质结构基础。其中,PMR1基因编码一种定位于高尔基体膜上的新P型钙离子ATP酶,直接影响细胞生长和蛋白的分泌表达。从分子及病理学水平对PMR1基因及其编码蛋白做了简要介绍,以期能为PMR1的基础研究提供一定的理论依据。Ion channel is a protein complex which mosaicismed in the panniculus adiposus, and it is essential substructure for biosystem. PMR1 gene product is localized in Golgi and it is a new P-type Ca^2＋-ATPase which directly influenced the cell growth and the protein secretion. The PMR1 and its molecular and pathology level were introduced here.
