摘 要:采用Pro/E对橡胶挤出机螺杆进行三维建模,实现了Pro/E到ANSYS的无损导入,应用ANSYS Workbench对3种螺杆(等深等距螺杆、等深不等距螺杆、等距不等深螺杆)在相同的机头压力和扭矩作用下的强度进行了有限元分析,并得出螺杆在变化的机头压力作用下的应力(冯.米塞斯)分布云图。通过分析对比得出了等深不等距螺杆是3种螺杆中最优螺杆的结论,为新型螺杆的设计提供了借鉴。The three dimensional model of rubber extruder screw is established with Pro/ E and is imported to ANSYS successfully. Then the streagth of three kinds of screws(even depth even pitch screw,even depth not even pitch screw, even pitch not even depth screw)is analyzed with ANSYS Workbench under the same head pressure and torque, and their stress distribution nephograms are obtained. The comparative analysis results show that the even depth not even pitch screw is the best one of three kinds of screws. This conclusion provide a reference for the design of a new type of screw.
