挡纱销质量检测分析测试仪的设计和应用

摘　　要：介绍了一种用于喷气织机和喷水织机储纬器用挡纱销的性能测试方法及工作原理。系统以激光对挡纱销磁针的行程时间进行精确测量,采用数字化处理技术,对挡纱销从受电开始到挡纱销磁针提到规定高度这一时间T1和挡纱销从断电开始到挡纱销磁针落下挡住纱线飞行这一时间T2和挡纱销从断电开始到挡纱销磁针完全落下这一时间T3进行计量。T1、T2和T3可直接数字显现,精度达到0.1ms。T1、T2和T3的测量为挡纱销的出厂试验和一致性筛选提供了技术保障。The article introduces the working mechanism and test method for yam-stop pin ot weft feeder used on airjet and waterjet weaving machines （loom）.The system uses laser to measure electromagnet pin movement times accurately, Those times include Rising time （T1, from power on to pin rising to setup position）, Dropping time （T2, from power off to pin dropped to the position holding back yarn feeding） and Totally dropping time （T3, from power off to pin totally dropped to its normally position）. Due to the digital technical it adopted, the system can display the three time-values in digital directly and gain the accuracy of 0.1 millisecond. The accurate measurement method of T1, T2 and T3 provides ideal technical assurance to the quality control and consistency control of the manufacture of yarn-stop pin.
