摘 要:研究了Ce对Mg-16Li-5Al合金铸态组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入Ce后,晶粒细化,随稀土化合物Al2Ce的增加,Mg17Al12、AlLi两相减少;Ce的加入提高了合金的强度和耐热性能,大量Al2Ce的存在,易割裂基体,使强度降低;分布在晶界附近的稀土化合物改变了合金的断裂方式。The effects of Ce content on microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-16Li-5Al alloy were investigated by OM, SEM and testing. The results show that the Ce addition results in the refinement of grain size in the alloy and the decrease of Mg12Al17 and AlLi phase due to the increase of RE compound Al2Ce. Meanwhile, its addition can improve the strength and high temperature properties, however, the amounts of Al2Ce exists in and around the grain boundary can lead to the fracture of matrix in the process of tensile, which is responsible for the deterioration of strength. The fracture characteristics of the alloy is controlled by the RE compound Al2Ce generated around the grain boundary.
