体外电场热疗联合前列安栓治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨体外电场热疗联合前列安栓治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选择临床诊断为Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者150例,随机分为3组。实验组体外电场热疗联合前列安栓直肠塞用,对照组分为两组:一组单纯体外电场热疗,另一组单纯直肠给予前列安栓,治疗30天后随访,观察治疗前后前列腺炎症状评分及前列腺液常规的变化。结果:治疗后3组患者前列腺炎症状评分、前列腺液常规均有明显改善(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率88%(44/50),对照热疗组总有效率74%(37/50),对照前列安栓组总有效率70%(35/50)。实验组与两对照组比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),其中以体外电场热疗联合前列安栓实验组疗效最佳。结论:体外电场热疗联合前列安栓对改善Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者的症状较之各自单独应用效果更显著。Objective： To evaluate the effect of External EF Hyperthermia Combined with ProstantTM in the Treatment of Category Ⅲ Prostatitis. Methods： 150 patients suffered from Category Ⅲ Prostatitis were divided randomly into experiment group（ n =50） ,which were treated with External EF Hyperthermia Combined with ProstantTM for 30 days, and control group 1 （ n = 50）, which were only treated with External EF Hyperthermia, and control group 2 （n = 50）, which were only treated with ProstantTM . Symptoms scores and expressed prostate secretion were recorded before and after treatments. Results ： After treatment, Symptoms scores were significantly decreased and the leucocytes in expressed prostate secretion were also reduced in all the three groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rates were 88% （44/50） in experlment,and 74% （37/50） in External EF Hyperthermia group,and 70% （35/50） in ProstantTM group （ P 〈 0.05）. There were significant difference between the experiment group and other two control groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The efficierey was better in experiment group than that in other two control groups. Conclusion： There were much more efficiency for External EF Hyperthermia Combining with ProstantTM in the treatment of Category Ⅲ Prostatitis.
