摘 要:针对中国公路桥梁设计规范没有规定扁平钢箱梁加劲板的局部稳定计算的问题,为了掌握加劲板结构设计的安全度,以某大跨度自锚式悬索桥为例,进行了2个不同结构布置的扁平钢箱梁局部稳定模型试验,得到了模型的变形、应力分布规律以及失稳荷载、破坏形式;提出了考虑材料与几何双重非线性、初始几何缺陷、残余应力的极限承载力分析方法。研究表明:该方法分析结果与试验结果吻合良好,可为大桥钢箱梁设计提供技术依据。Aimed at the problem that no definite provisions for calculating the local stability of stiffened plate in flat steel box girder are available in China's specification for highway bridge design, in order to master structural design reliability of stiffened plate, two model tests with different structural arrangements of local stability of flat steel box girder in a selbanchored suspension bridge were presented. The rules of deformation and stress distribution, unsteady load failure patterns were obtained from the tests. A new method considering material nonlinearity, geometrical dual nonlinearity, initial geometrical imperfection and residual stress, was presented for analyzing the ultimate bearing capacity. The study shows that the theoretical analysis results of the method which can provide technology basis for box girder design of bridge are in good agreement with the test results.
