摘　　要：探讨清代名医陈士铎治疗呆病健忘的学术思想,从临床表现、病因病机、论治特点等方面加以论述,认为重视老年人生理特点,防治呆病健忘注重顾护脾胃,交通心肾,祛痰贯穿始终对老年性痴呆的临床和科研有重要的指导意义。To improve the TCM＇s therapeutic efficacy of Alzheimer disease, the academic thought of Chen Siduo, a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty, is studied. The clinical manifestation, etiopathogenisis and treatment character of dullness and Morbid forgetfulness, which are discussed in his books, are expounded. We think his treatment thought of protecting the spleen and stomach, coordinating heart and kidney and eliminating phlegm all along is a good guide to Alzheimer disease＇s treatment.
