摘  要:[目的]研究活血利水中药对脊髓急性损伤的治疗效果及其对脊髓组织病理改变的影响,探讨其作用机制[方法]随机将120只脊髓损伤造模后的大鼠随机分为复方组、方Ⅰ组、方Ⅱ组和激素组。前三者和激素组术后分别给予中药治疗和甲基强地松龙,于术后24h、7d、14d、21d、28d观察各组大鼠脊髓运动功能恢复、脊髓局部钙离子浓度变化及脊髓组织学改变。[结果]复方组脊髓运动功能评分、及抑制钙离子浓度优于激素组;复方组的病变与方Ⅰ、方Ⅱ组相比,有缩小病灶的表现。[结论]中药与激素在抑制脊髓损伤的进程中,能保护神经组织免受损伤、抑制BNDF增生及钙离子浓度上发挥有益作用。从功能和形态上证实中药较激素在近期治疗的类似性及远期疗效的有效性。[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of Chinese medicine of stimulating blood circulation and reducing edema on treating acute spinal cord injury, and discuss its functions mechanism by observing the dynamic pathological changes of spinal cord. Methods]120 SD rats were divided into four groups: fufang group, fang Ⅰ group, fang Ⅱ group and methylprednisolone treated group. The modified method was adopted to make the models of spinal cord injury. The functional recovery of spinal cord, Ca^2+ density and the pathological changes were observed dynamically in each group. [Result] The functional recovery of spinal cord was promoted, the damage and Ca^2+ density were reduced. The vacuole area was diminished in spinal cord in the fufang group. It also inhabited the secondary inflammation. [Conclusion] The benefited effects, inhibiting the pathological process of the damage, were preserving the neuron and promoting the proliferation of mesenchymal cell, resisting BDNF proliferation and Ca^2+ density were observed in the fufang group. The efficacy of TCM and MP was proved by the functional evaluation and the morphologic observation not only in actual period but in long term.
