摘　　要：服务业正成为北京吸引外国投资的重点。我们通过对北京市服务业外国投资的现状分析,发现存在引资总量不充分、部分引资政策以及利用外资结构不合理等问题,在此提出应从几方面采取相应对策抓住机遇,调整外资流向,促进服务行业合理健康的发展。The service industry is gradually becoming an important field to attract foreign investment in Beijing nowadays. With an analysis of the current situation of foreign investment in service industry in Beijing, it is found that there are such problems as the inadequate quantity to attract foreign investment, unreasonable policies and structure of foreign investment. The corresponding countermeasures should be taken from several aspects to grasp the opportunity, adjust the orientation of foreign investment and promote a rational and heahhv development of service industry.
