摘 要:在精馏设计过程中,简捷法是对所提供的方案进行快速估算的先决条件。本文提出将多组分体系转化为拟二元体系的观点,将多组分体系的设计问题转化为拟二元的简捷设计问题。设计过程分为两层循环,内层完成精馏过程的严格模拟,外层进行迭代的拟二元设计。文中引用两个实例,设计结果表明,该方法既可用于理想物系,又可用于非理想物系。Short - cut methods are prerequisite for the fast evaluation of alternative design methods in rectification process. In this paper, the quasi -binary system is introduced, in which the multi -component system is converted into two congregated components and the multi -component rectification design processes are changed into quasi - binary's short - cut design processes correspondingly. The design processes are divided into two cycles in this method. Firstly, Rigorous simulation of rectification process is completed through inner cycle. Secondly, quasi - binary design based on iteration is performed in outer cycle. It is concluded that this method can be applied to not only ideal systems but also non - ideal system by two examples used in this article.
