摘  要:输送石油、天然气的焊接钢管常用X-60钢制成。为了改善X-60钢的HAZ韧性,以适应高能施焊之需,而进行了晶内铁索体片(IFP)技术研究。介绍了IFP技术的基本思路,在焊接热模拟规范给定的条件下,研究和讨论了脱氧制度对IFP的作用。试验表明:IFP体积百分数>50%时,钢的室温冲击能平均在130 J的水平上,但IFP体积百分数低者仅50~60J。The welded pipes for the transportation of oil and natural gas are used to be made of X-60 steel. In order to make the steel being able to stand for high energy welding, a technology called as Intragranular Ferrite Plate (IFP) is adopted to improve its HAZ toughness. In this paper, the basic idea of IFP is introduced. Under the conditions of welding simulation, the effect of deoxidation on IFP has been investigated and discussed. The results indicated that the average absorbed energy of impact test under room temperature is about 130 J if the IFP % (vol.) is higher than 50%, however, it is only 50 to 60 J if the IFP % (vol.) is quite low.
