摘  要:在前文工作的基础上,对氧化还原缓冲体系用于 FIA 的电势检测进行了研究。观察了几种典型的体系,通过实验验证了基本公式的正确性。利用这一原理,可以测定能参与络合、氧化还原等不同反应的组份,特别是易于氧化或还原的有机分子,故有良好的实用价值。Redox system can be also used as a buffer system for indirect determination of different components by FIA. Potentiometric detection is carried out by measurement of redox potential using simple Pt wire electrode.Basic equations are deduced and their validity is demonstrated by experiment.Two typical redox systems,namely Fe^(3+)/Fe^(2+)and Ce^(4+)/Ce^(3+)are chosen and both complex and redox reactions are used to produce equilibrium shift on the basis of which the potential change is measured.Using this principle simple,rapid and sensitive methods can be established for continuous determination of vari- ous ions even neutral molecules in flow samples.
