2003-2005年济南市部分暗娼艾滋病感染与危险行为监测结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解济南市暗娼人群艾滋病相关危险行为及艾滋庐病毒感染状况。[方法]在济南市娱乐场所较为集中的天桥区设立监测哨点，对暗娼常年进行血清与行为学监测。[结果]2003-2005年共监测1540人，使用过安全套的1246人，占80．91％，其中每次均使用占调查人数的13．64％。检出抗-HIV阳性者2例，阳性率为0．13％；检出梅毒阳性者12例．阳性率为0．78％。[结论]济南市暗娼中已有艾滋病病毒感染者存在，暗娼坚持每次使用安全套的比例低。[Objective]To study the HIV infection and risk factors of commercial sex workers in ji＇nan City. [Methods.] HIV surveillance spots were set up in Tianqiao district where Entertainment is more concentrated. Serum examination and behavioral surveillance were conducted. [Results]1540 commercial sex workers were monitored from 2003 to 2005,1 246 people used condoms, the rate was 80.91%, 13.64 % of them had used condoms each time. Two cases were anti-HIV positive,the positive rate is 0. 13%. Meanwhile, 12 cases of syphilis were detected, the positive rate is 0.78%. [Conclusion] There has been HIV-infected cases in commercial sex workers in ji＇nan,of whom the proportion persisting using condoms each time is low.
