摘　　要：介绍直读光谱仪快速定量分析硅钢中氮元素。对影响分析准确度、短期精度和长期精度的主要因素进行了探讨。本方法氮的检出限为0.000222%,N=0.0016%时标准偏差 S=0.000117%,并已应用于硅钢生产过程质量控制。The rapid quantitative analysis of ARL-3460 for the determination of nitrogen in silicon steel is introduced.The main factors affecting accuracy,short-term and long-term precision are discussed.The detection limit DL of the method is 0.000222%,standard deviation is 0.000117% when N=0.0016%.The proposed method has been used for the quality control during the production of silicon steel.
