摘　　要：远方保护设备是用于电力系统的传输保护命令信号装置。当电力系统发生故障时,线路两端的继电保护装置所产生的命令信号借助远方保护设备并经PLC(电力线载波)、光纤等通信通道,把跳闸命令信号传送到远端保护屏用以跳闸、切机或切除负荷,起到故障保护作用。采用DSP(数字信号处理)函数查表法产生对应保护命令的各种单频信号发送到远端远方保护设备,并对由通道传输来的含有噪声的模拟单频信号,首先通过远方保护设备中的一组带通滤波器,再用功率谱估计法计算,选择出相应可靠的保护命令信号,满足电力系统保护命令传输的基本要求——及时性、安全性和可信赖性。When the power system is in the failure, protection command signals produced by relay protection equipment between the line ends, in virtue of protection equipment, through the PLC, optical fiber and other channels, transmit the skip command signal to the distance teleprotection screen for faults protection, which is used to skip, exchange machine or remove load, so reliable transmission of protection command signal takes an important part to power network safe and steady operation. The paper introduces how to use DSP function checking table to produce respective single frequence signals corresponding to protect commands, which will be transmitted to the remote protection equipment, and the analog single frequence signals with noise from the channel pass through a group of band-pass filters in the remote protection equipment, then they are calculated with the estimating method of power spectrum to choice corresponding protect command signals, which could satisfy the transmitting basic requirements of power system protection command Which are betimes, security and reliability.
