摘　　要：分析了我国油、套管损伤的严重性。指出:造成损伤的技术原因是套管的质量问题,驻厂监造是落实技术标准、保证油套管质量的最重要的手段。为了保证油套管的质量,必须制定出适合我国实际的标准及技术条件。After the analysis of the severity of oil well casing pipe damage, it is pointed out that the technical reason of causing damage is the casing pipe quality, and that production supervision at stationary factory is the most important means to conduct technical standard and ensure the quality of casing pipe. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the standards and create technical condition that are suitable for our country in order to ensure the quality of oil well pipes.
