摘　　要：本文介绍了将水分高达10％～11％、含硫0．86％的八钢磁铁精矿与返矿、生石灰一起预制粒后，再与其它原料混合烧结的一种新工艺的研究．研究表明，采用该工艺，烧结利用系数可提高15．52％，转鼓指数增加3个百分点。该试验研究的成功，为大幅度提高八钢烧结矿产质量开辟了一条新途径。A new sintering process, with which the magnitic seperation concentrates(H2O 10%~11 %, S 0. 86% ) used in August I Plant were pre--granulated with return finesand burnt lime, and than mixed with orther materials to form sinter mix, was developed. Asa result, the sinter productivity can elevated by 15. 52%, tumbler index of sinter productcan increase by 3 percent point.
